Blog 2: part 2

It would take 6.3 Planet Earths and take 28.2 acres to provide for my lifestyle. An ecological footprint is how much of an impact each and everyone of us makes on the environment and how the way that we live changes the earth. This shows that if each of us continue to live the way that we do without thinking about the environment we will simply run out of resources, we must provide for our families but not over indulge in what we don't need. I can reduce my global footprint by finding a job that isn't as far away from campus as the one I have now. In order to get to work I have to travel about a half hour each way. If I worked closer I would use less gas or could even walk which would take less gas then making a long journey to Naples.
